I am an experienced and enthusiastic international sales enablement and training leader great at inspiring and catalyzing new ideas and projects. My background is a combination of B to B sales, channel sales, marketing communications, sales operations, sales training, and sales training management.

Working with international Fortune 500 companies like Motorola and UTStarcom, I have successfully led the planning and implementation of training as the catalyst for the transformation of strategic account sales teams from a product and price mentality to a “solution selling” approach and methodology. And, as a result of my experience working in and with indirect distribution channels in both sales and training, I have had great success in applying training to create “mind-share” and increased market-share within indirect distribution channels.
